Subscription Term & Billing
Unless you have purchased a subscription that does not automatically renew (Educational licences or if you paid via invoice), at the end of your term, it will automatically renew for an equal term at the then-current price.
Delivery Policy
We strive to deliver new subscriptions within 1 full business day (typically within a few hours of payment being received). However, in exceptional circumstances delivery may be delayed. For EDU subscriptions, your proof of EDU eligibility requires manual verification, which sometimes involves contacting the relevant educational institution, and so delays of some days can sometimes occur. If you have not received email confirmation that your new subscription(s) are ready/available within 1-2 full business days, please let us know.
Trimble SketchUp End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
As the official SketchUp distributor in Australia, you are bound to the Trimble Terms of Service and SketchUp EULA for all SketchUp purchases. By purchasing SketchUp, you agree to Trimble’s terms of service, SketchUp EULA and account management policies. It is your responsibility to understand Trimble’s policies.
