What is a Chaos subscription and what’s included?
A Chaos subscription gives you access to Enscape, V-Ray, or Veras for one full year, including all software updates released during your term and local technical support from the SketchUp Australia team. Subscriptions cover one product line — you can hold multiple subscriptions across Enscape, V-Ray, and Veras at once.
How long does a Chaos subscription term last?
Chaos subscriptions run on an annual term. You pay once at the start and get full access to your chosen Enscape, V-Ray, or Veras plan for 12 months, with automatic renewal at the then-current price unless you cancel beforehand.
What’s the difference between Named and Floating licences?
A Named licence is tied to one specific person and works on any device, one at a time. A Floating licence is shared across a team on a first-come, first-served basis — better suited to studios where several people need occasional access rather than one dedicated seat per person.
What’s the difference between Enscape Solo, Premium, and Collection?
Solo covers real-time rendering and VR for individual users. Premium adds Veras AI integration, selective rendering, and Chaos Cloud collaboration for teams. Collection includes full access to the Chaos suite, built for studios rendering daily.
What’s the difference between V-Ray Solo and V-Ray Premium?
V-Ray Solo is a node-locked licence for one person on one computer, running one host application. V-Ray Premium is a floating licence shared across a team, with multi-app support and added tools like Chaos Phoenix fluid simulation.
What’s the difference between Veras Pro and Veras Ultra?
Veras Pro includes 2,000 AI credits a month on a Named licence, suited to individual designers. Veras Ultra includes 6,000 AI credits a month on a Floating licence, shared across a whole team — built for studios generating concepts at higher volume.
Do Veras AI credits roll over each month?
No. Veras AI credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and unused credits don’t carry forward. If you need more headroom in a busy month, you can top up with additional Chaos Credits packs at any time without changing your plan.
Can I upgrade my Chaos subscription later?
Yes. You can move between tiers — Solo to Premium, Premium to Collection, or Veras Pro to Ultra — as your workload grows. Contact our team for prorated upgrade pricing rather than purchasing a second subscription.
Do Chaos subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes. Unless you’ve disabled automatic renewal, your Enscape, V-Ray, or Veras subscription will renew automatically for an equal term at the then-current price. You can manage or cancel renewal at any time by logging into your SketchUp Australia account.
Can I get a refund on a Chaos subscription?
There are no partial refunds if you stop using a subscription before the end of its term. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund — after that window, refunds aren’t available.
Is local support included with Enscape, V-Ray, and Veras subscriptions?
Yes. Every Chaos subscription purchased through SketchUp Australia includes access to our local, AEST-timezone technical support team, alongside training resources to help you get the most from your software.
